New Applicant Inquiries
Please note we are no longer accepting letters of inquiries or applications from new grant applicants. This change is due to the overwhelming amount of grant requests received by our Foundation, far more than we have available funding. We will only be accepting grant applications from previous grant applicants.
Full Application Procedure
Previous grant applicants wishing to submit a full grant application, must complete the Harry & Martha Cohen Foundation Grant Application Form and mail the completed form to the office along with a copy of your organization’s latest audited financial statements.
We do not accept online applications.
